Service Terms & Payment Policy
All training services are provided under a professional service agreement and are subject to the following terms:
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or termination of services at the trainer’s sole discretion. Outstanding balances must be satisfied before any further sessions are scheduled or completed.
The trainer reserves the exclusive right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services at any time if a client fails to meet financial obligations or engages in conduct that interferes with the training process or the welfare of the animal. This includes, but is not limited to, inconsistent handling, failure to follow training guidance, or behavior that undermines the safety or effectiveness of the program.
Services may also be immediately terminated if there is reasonable belief or evidence of animal neglect, abuse, or any treatment that compromises the health, safety, or well-being of the dog. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for unused sessions.
By engaging in services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms as part of the training relationship and understands that all decisions regarding continuation or termination of services remain at the trainer’s professional discretion.
